Kelsey Morris: People really sometimes just need someone to talk to and explain fully what has happened. In law school, my focus was always civil litigation and trial practice. I found it to be really exciting. I jump out of bed, and I am excited to come into work because it's unpredictable, you never know what's going to happen. There are certain classes of people who are very venerable, like children and the elderly, and serious harm can be done to them. I feel as though they need a legal advocate. They need someone to protect their interest and to do what's right for them. So although it's a difficult area of law, I think it's very rewarding.
